Swift 4 Repairs is the provider and administrator of this Home Appliance Cover Plan.
This Service Cover Plan is designed to protect your home appliances against unexpected breakdowns, including electrical faults, mechanical failure, and accidental damage.
If a covered appliance stops working due to a sudden and unforeseen event, we will arrange repair services which may include call-out charges, inspection, parts, and labour, subject to your policy terms and limits.
This agreement forms a 12-month service contract between you and Swift 4 Repairs. Please read all policy documents carefully to understand your level of cover.

Failure to provide requested information may result in your claim being declined.
If you replace any covered appliance during your policy period, you must inform us. Failure to update appliance details may result in your claim being rejected.
Our engineers carry commonly used parts. If additional parts are required:
If parts are obsolete or unavailable (or delayed beyond 28 days), we may be unable to complete the repair. In such cases, alternative solutions will be offered in line with your policy.
A 60-day waiting period applies from the start date of your policy.
Any faults occurring within this period are not covered.
Emergency assistance may be available on a chargeable basis.
You may cancel your policy within 14 days (cooling-off period) of purchase.
After 14 days:
Monthly or subscription-based plans may be non-refundable after cancellation, depending on usage.
Your cover runs for 12 months and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
Renewal pricing may change based on:
You will be notified of any changes before renewal.
If a payment is missed:
All outstanding balances must be cleared before cover is reinstated.
You must inform us if you move home so we can review and update your cover accordingly.
Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for claims.
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us directly. Only the policyholder or an authorised representative may raise a complaint.
By purchasing this plan, you agree to all applicable fees and charges.
