What Happens Next

Once your complaint has been received:

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
  • We will carry out a full and fair investigation
  • We will keep you informed of our progress

We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. In most cases, a final response will be provided within 8 weeks.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If your complaint cannot be resolved within 8 weeks, or if you are not satisfied with our final response, you may choose to escalate your complaint to an independent body or relevant authority for further review.
