If an incident occurs at your property that is covered under your plan, please contact our claims team as soon as possible on 0203 675 6511. We will then arrange for an engineer to attend in accordance with your policy terms and conditions.
All claims must be made by you or someone authorised to act on your behalf. Please notify us as soon as you become aware of any issue. We are unable to cover the cost of any work carried out without prior authorisation from our team.
When making a claim, please have your Home Appliance Cover Plan number ready. In some cases, our engineer may also request to see your policy documentation upon arrival.
If your plan includes an excess fee, this must be paid each time you make a claim. The remaining costs will be covered by us, subject to your policy limits and terms. Excess payments are taken at the time of booking, and we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Each separate and unrelated issue will require a separate excess payment. If a claim is cancelled before an engineer attends, or if the issue is found not to be covered under your plan after inspection, your excess will be refunded.
Your Home Appliance Cover Plan runs for a fixed term of 12 months, unless it is cancelled earlier by either party in accordance with these terms.

Your agreement becomes legally binding from the date you sign up, whether online, by phone, or in writing.
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you cancel within this period and no service has been carried out, you will receive a full refund.
