We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. If we are unable to provide an immediate resolution, we will:

Keep you informed of progress
Aim to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks
If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, or if you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
